When will my order be dispatched?
Unless otherwise stated, all orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
If there is likely to be a delay to dispatching your order you will be contacted via the email address provided.
Who is delivering my order?
All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class standard delivery (This is usually delivered within 2-3 working days of dispatch)
All overseas order are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery (This is usually delivered within 3-5 days in Europe or 6-7 days for the rest of the world. Please note however that customs may delay delivery, please check your tracking number for details.)

What if I change my mind?
If you contact us before your order is dispatched then we will of course cancel and offer a full refund.
Otherwise we offer a 30 day refund policy. Just return all or part of your order in the same condition you received it and we will happily refund you for what you have returned.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on personalised items.

What if my order is damaged in the post
Although we always package all orders as securely as possible sometimes accidents can happen.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details and we will investigate and either offer a replacement or refund.
How much is delivery?
If you are located in the UK then delivery is free for all orders.
Delivery costs for overseas orders are calculated at checkout.
Are frames included with the prints?
No. All prints are supplied as just prints. All the frames shown in any images are for illustrative purposes only.
